Switch was founded in 2008 with the purpose of helping companies build winning teams and people build great careers. We recruit Top Sales, Pre Sales and Professional Services Performers for Technology companies.

‘Generalist recruiters’, advertise on job boards and their choice of candidates is limited to those actively looking for a job at the time. This approach potentially neglects 99% of the market which is people who aren’t actively looking for a job at that time! It is based on the candidates need rather than the candidates talent.

At Switch we use proactive and creative sourcing techniques. We network, maintain the most up to-date databases, get new introductions, attend trade shows and associations, get to know our client’s competitors, run referral programs, use social media, advertising and yes… we also call Top Performers while they’re at work and even after work!

This enables us to quickly reach and engage both active and passive talent and deliver the best results for our clients even in markets with shortages!

We recruit for clients nationally but predominantly in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

No child should live in poverty. Worldwide, 385 million children live in extreme poverty. Poverty robs children of their basic rights to learn, play and grow. In its ugliest form, poverty can lead to exploitation, child labour and even death. It's unacceptable.

That's why we sponsor 21 children across the planet and provide food, medication, clothing and education through our partnership with Watoto and Compassion Australia.
